Annual General Meeting
Dear all current financial members of AWMTB.
Albury Wodonga Mountain Bikers will be holding it’s Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 5th August 2013, at the Commercial Club (Albury) at 6pm. Please note the earlier start time (6pm as opposed to the usual 6:30pm that our regular meetings start at).
As is normal practice, all Executive and Committee positions will be declared vacant and filled on the night. Details on how to nominate for a position can be found on the attached nomination form.
I would encourage all members to consider getting involved in some aspect if you can – a strong Executive and Committee will enable the club to deliver good services to their members.
We hope to conclude the formalities on the evening fairly promptly, and would invite all members to stay afterwards for a bite to eat and a drink and talk about the past and upcoming year.
Finger food and drinks will be provided by the club
